Announcement of Reorganization for Water Treatment Business

We would like to announce that, as of April 1, 2009, the water treatment division of Environmental Engineering Company, EBARA CORPORATION and the water treatment division of Ebara Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. have been separated from their parent organizations and all the water business has been transferred to our company, Ebara Engineering Service Co., Ltd.
By this reorganization, we have become an all-round water company providing total solutions in the water business from construction of water-treatment facilities to operation maintenance and control, and management. For diversified domestic needs, we will offer proposals for construction and management of water treatment facilities centered on differentiated water treatment products and quality services cultivated over the years.
At the same time, we will further devote our efforts to business development in the world’s expanding water business and win more recognition as an all-round water company from Japan.
