For the sludge melting process, Swing designs and delivers a simplified furnace enabling stable operation, as well as suppression of dinitrogen monoxide (N2O) and nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions.
1. Swing designs an integrated system using the sludge melting furnace and the associated pre-treatment facilities including a flash dryer which effectively utilizes exhaust heat from the furnace. Our design allows dewatered sludge to be directly fed to the integrated system.
2. Sludge instantly melts and leaves no residue even in the event of an emergency stop.
3. N2O and NOx emissions are adequately controlled by high temperature over 1,300°C and two-stage combustion.
4. Our unique radiation plate installed in the slag separation part of the furnace enables stable slag discharge.
